DAILY ITINERARY:
Embark on Holland America’s Eurodam for an exciting cruise adventure to the Bamhamas!
Bimini encompasses two islands, and the cruise port is on the north island. A tram will whisk you to various locations around the island right from the pier. There are also golf cart and bike rentals available.
Spend a day at Resorts World Bimini and go from the private beach to the pool or casino. In the Gulf Stream, Bimini is known for a rich profusion of marine life and was a favorite retreat of Ernest Hemingway for sport fishing. Take a boat to Honeymoon Harbour, a hidden stretch of sand favored by stingrays. Watch these disc-shaped creatures undulate over white sand. Several whale species feed off these bountiful Bahamas coastlands and Atlantic spotted dolphins often pop by. Venture into Alice Town on the King’s Highway for local specialties, like succulent conch salad sliced and diced before your eyes. The S.S. Sapona wreck off South Bimini is an excellent snorkeling and dive destination. Paradise Beach on North Bimini is a popular pick for a full day of sand and sun.
